DYE-SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Dye-Sublimation printing is the application of sublimation inks onto a Polyester surface using an industrial heat press to provide the required combination of heat, time and pressure. Dye-Sub printing is a form of digital textile printing ideal for the Apparel, Costume, Interior and the Signage Industry.   Dye-Sublimation uses water-based disperse inks and has excellent color-to-light fastness and color-to-crock fastness results.

UV PRINTING 

UV Printing refers to a printing process that uses ultraviolet curing technology. Also known as Ultraviolet Printing, the UV Printing process involves special inks that have been formulated to dry quickly when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light. Images and text print in sharper detail and have a higher durability rate.  UV printing is a form of digital printing ideal for interior/exterior harder substrates such as event and signage projects. UV printing uses UV inks and has excellent color-to-light-fastness and color-to-crock-fastness results - the print is virtually scratch resistant.

REACTIVE PRINTING 

The Reactive Printing process uses reactive dye combined with steam to permanently print into the fibres of a fabric. Reactive dyes are printed using an inkjet onto a pre-treated fabric. They are then steamed with high heat, which sets the dye into the fabric.  Great for printing onto Natural Fibers such as Cotton, Rayons, and Silks.   

LEATHER PRINTING 

We Digitally print onto real and Vegan leathers using the newest printing technologies.  We can print any artwork or pattern onto leathers using a wide range of colors.
